@Martinikene_226801 No, the model does not need to be supported. The overhangs of the rings can be printed just by bridging.

Thanks for sharing this nice model.
I am curious to test it as a planter, since I have just tested successfully the water tightness and have no clue how to grow a hydro culture.
I forgot to post the make, therefore I currently don't remember which version I had printed, sorry.

I printed the body with 100% infill and a speed of 20mm/s in clear PETG for watertightness and to see the current water level without having to go closer. It isn't like glass like as expected but the water level can be seen from about 2-3 m distance.

Slicer:
Creality print 5

Used filaments:
Overture petg clear
Creality CR-PETG black and white

System presets: Layer height 0.2 default and with 100% infill and reduced speed

Post processing: removed stringing of the basket with a ligther
