Printed in some Tri-Color PLA for now. Long term durability is not important for me right now. First I want to test if it can deter the local pigeons from my balcony.
Thanks.

P.S. I do not recommend fishing line (0.5 mm) for mounting in a windy location. During the stormy last night here one of the wind spinners on my balcony almost got lost. Fishing line can tangle up and eventually snaps after many turns.
I now use some paracord/nanocord.
@Svensson2584_1495803 Small update: After about 2 weeks in mostly sunny weather I would say PLA (my print was with Amolen Tri-Color Silk PLA) is not the best choice. It gets longer and longer and I think it does not spin as good as in the beginning. The right one was scaled to 4 layers of thickness. It too streched but not as much.
And: The pigeons don't care about it as a deterrent. They probably like it as entertainment. They even laid 2 eggs! (edited)
Can you please specify the exact outer diameter of the duct (the round part where the tube gets connected)? I am not in the US and we have several standard sizes of plastic vent tubes.
Am I correct in that you use magnets with holes to screw them into the vent duct? Why can't it be the usual magnets that are simply glued?
@Fisherman_639110 The preprinted outside diameter is 101.6 mm. I've added a test ring you can print to use to verify the final diameter post print or to take to the store to match a hose. I recommend using a vinyl dryer hose if its available to you as the one I purchase fit snuggly over the duct and I did not have to use a clamp.
It works very well. Thank you very much. I am installing this duct using magnets, but the magnets are slightly weak. Is M3 x 20 the correct screw that should be used? The M3 screws will not go into my Bambu x1c unit.
Might Reprint with a smaller nozzle. 0.8mm isn't the best for text. My Partner loved this tag though.
I used your file for a present - thanks for creating it :) Just some small modifications needed...
Your use of the patter is better than mine. Cool make. (edited)
Very nice design.
I use tinkercad and changing name on the front was straightforward.
I wanted to emboss phone numer on the reverse and found it difficult to have text aligned with the border (i.e. curved).
