I printed this at 50% scale. 3 walls and 15% infill.
Could use rubber bands, o-rings or zip ties to mount.

@Wahnduh_2754953 happy fishing👌
What a good idea to use those tiny spirit levels! It took me ages to get a relatively small one.
@fns720 Upcycling at its finest 😊 thank you for nice tool
@3DSistem Based on your idea I have found the tiniest spirit level in the packaging of our Ubiquiti Access Points so I have uploaded a version which is compatible with that one. Thanks for the idea!
Awesome Idea :D
Rise the mid part a mm or so and reduce the bottom to only 0,4 mm. So it will have a better fit and the "lip" will be strong enough with 0,4 mm!
Or leave it like that and create some spaces in the lip where a fingernail may have place to remoove the plug.
I think I´ll redesign one for myself and print it out of TPU with the "Noring" Container. That will give enough sealing and stop the Salt&Pepper from falling out in the small space above the plug during transport. (edited)
@MeisterEdel Updated it for best, could not get it thiner than this becasue after cutting the groove there very small ammount of material left, so it would snap after 1 or 2 opening. And that nail part is more usefull o ring takes care of sealing.
@3DSistem Heyho :) I just had some time for some small improvements of the EDC Container and I also designed my version of a Salt&Pepper Upgrade. I´m looking forward to your feedback :)
Question(s):
Is is possible to mount this "in a reverse orientation"? Would prefer to mount to the rear 4040 extrusion, vs the front if possible.
It looks like you are using one of the PSU relocation mods for the ender 3. If the mounting positions are available on the rear of the printer, could those be used?
(Sorry for repeating myself, wanted to point out the conflict if there was one)
@ss1gohan13_1260760 hi, parts can switch sides and they will fit.
Original idea was to be on the back side, but X rail parts (extruder motor bracket) would get in the way and you will loose print height.
If full print height is not needed i dont see why not to go with back mount.
Psu mod should not cause any issues.
@3DSistem Excellent! I've actually changed out a couple of parts, so that shouldn't be a conflict. That you for your input!
This is great. Adding it to my list of must do mods.
@JohnButler_451224 Let me know when you make it, have fun.
